longest line

i took notice of the following lyrics in one of the songs by skate-punk band nofx.

most of us would not be completely satisfied at our state of life at this moment. however i should cherish and be more thankful for what i have. looking back, my life has been extremely fortunate compared to the people who are truly at the end of the longest line. and for most of these people, i might not ever meet nor able to reach out to them.

i must be wrong
this can't be right
i don't belong
this world is much too dangerous
for someone lack of luck like me

at the end of the longest line
that's where i will always be
if you need to find me
just come to the end of the longest line
